  3. WHEREAS, Jackie Foster, and Rickey Forbes, are presently
  4. residing together and  have been doing so since April 1, 1995; 
  5.  
  6.  
  7.     and, WHEREAS, they desire to affix their respective rights 
  8. and liabilities that may result from this joint residency; 
  9.  
  10.  
  11.     they now agree: 
  12.  
  13. Other than property purchased in the parties joint names each 
  14. party waives any claim to assets acquired by the other party 
  15. before, during or after this period of co-habitation. 
  16.  
  17. Other than debts validly contracted for services or materials or 
  18. otherwise related to joint property of the parties, if any, 
  19. neither party shall have the right to obligate, act for, contract 
  20. for or represent the other party.

  23. This is the full agreement of the parties and there are no
  24. agreements other than those stated herein. This agreement shall
  25. only be modified by a writing executed by both parties hereto.
